Calling Quintum A800 from Netmeeting

    I am not able to call A800 thru netmeeting.

    Can anyone help me to sort out this problem.

    You have to disable H245 Tunneling and not use T.38 fax protocol in your tenor.

    I did as you told me, the call is dialing out from the tenor, but the netmeeting client disconnects as soon as the tenor dials out, with an error message “THE PERSON YOU CALLED IS NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT NETMEETING CALLS”….. Would appreciate your suggestions..

    Could this be a codec problem?? my tenor is configured at G729ab

    Sure your issue now is the codec.
    Only use G723r63 on your Quintum device.

    How can we able to know that digits r sends to other end.
    connecting netmeeting get problem through tenorA800.
    Also how much attenuation has to put in tx path.
