Hi everybody;
I do not have a CDR Server to track the records hence iam using the following procedure.
1) On Command Prompt i type the following:
c:\ telnet 208.66.113.202 9003
2) Prompts a welcome message and asks for the password
Password: XXXXX
On entering the password (i expect the cdr records to be displayed which i can capture in a log file but insted…)
3) just displays ” 208.66.113.202 UNIT”
and stops at that.
Is this the correct procedure. If so Why are the records not being displayed.
12th May 2003 at 00:48 #24358JLGuestYes, you have the correct procedure. When it ask you for the password, just press enter. When you get ” 208.66.113.202 UNIT” , enter again and you will get the CDRs. I can retreive the CDRs this way from my D2400 tenor.
I have a question for you, do you know how to read the actual CDR, duration of the call, release cause etc..?
Thanks !

You can access the cdr records through telnet to port 9002 or 9003. If you do not understand all the information, then you should review the cdr document available on quintum’s web site as this should explain all the fields.
