We are a small ISP. My boss is talking about becoming a CLEC. He has asked me to check into VoIP.
We sould like to offer both Voice and Data in five counties in rural East Tennessee.
Can someone point me to a good Book, White Papers, etc., where I can read about this subject matter?
I will need information on what hardware/software is needed? How to connect to ILEC? and more…
Do you cureently provide transport for your Internet customers, if so what type ? What types of transport will you use after becoming a clec.
