Hi all,
Can anyone tell me how to manage operator assisted calls:
For example:
1)Custumer calls the human operator in call shop, tells the destination number.
2) Operator connects the call and leaves the customer on line with the called party.
Q: What hardware should I need for line interconnections?
P.S I use iEnsemble gateway with iBravo billing software.
I am using pbx to receive calls from clients and then connect them
to gateway by pbx`s conference call
feature its that simple only you should use gateway with fxs voice ports because extension lines of pbx you may connect only to fxs ports
Thanks Murad,
But don’t you experience any voice volume problems while in a conference mode?
What PBX do you use?
For example, I’ve tried Panasonic 2 line phone, but the voice level is too poor while in the conference mode. I mean, the other two party do not hear each other so well as I do.
Thanks
Tigran
