I found this information easily by searching the command reference manual that is online on Quintum’s web site under the customer service area at; http://www.quintum.com/support/products/2G/tenor_2G/sysdoc/webhelp/quintum_tenor_guide.htm
the command is;
config-VOIPNetwork-1* setfactoryYou may want to try searching for this in the future as it will give you your answer quicker.

You can contact me : microunited@hotmail.com14th October 2005 at 19:51 #23858MikeGuestAmeen,
I am wondering. You say you have 7 years experience with Quintum, so that would put it at 1998. That is strange, since that is the year that Quintum started as a business. They did not come out with a product till Oct of 1999, and that was only to a select few customers. I don’t recall any being sent to India till sometime later in 2000 or 2001.
If memory serves me correct, MicroUnited did not come on as a Quintum reseller till some time in 2002.
Please say hello to Satish Kumar & Siva for me. Tell him it is Mike M.
I think they may remember me as I worked with them quite a bit some time ago.
15th October 2005 at 16:03 #23859AmeenGuestHi Mike ,
Nice to meet you .I know you worked with sathis, siva some time before.
I have been in line with Voip from 1998 and may be i am new with you.
For your information we are not based in India ,but we are based on SAARC and Asia pacific.
My experience with VOIP is seven years.
You might know that We have been providing support for Quintum call shop,calling card,corporate set up all over the globe for FREE.
I started with Cisco systems and then have experience in say Quintum ,welltech ,audiocodes ,Level one products.
Neverthless all the VOIP appliance work with same protocols and principles so no need to have experience in particular product for many years.27th October 2005 at 03:35 #23860chrisGuestThe problem is, when we set the answer delay timeout for ringing and for voice promt, there is also delay of seconds in billing. For example we set an answer delay of 6o seconds. If the called party’s phone rings and he answer that after 1 ring then the billing delayed. The conversation starts but the billing not yet start. I need your help.Can we configure the maximum rings and block the voice prompt?
