voip hear from one side only

    Hi,

    I am trying to get a VoIP communication software (OpenH323 – OpenPhone) between two PCs. For some reason the voice only can hear from one side, when i check statistic on the problem side, it is receiving packet but it won’t decode it for some reason. May be somehow the packet are corrupted. Any suggestion about how to correct the problem ? Thanks

    hi

    1) Check both Side IP address
    Must be public IP

    2) Both side Codec

    3) if one side use Fire well or Proxy it might happen
    set at Proxy for VoIP Port
