How can I connect Dialogic and Audiocode

Hello,
I am a very new user of this forum. I’d really appreciate if someone who knows how to connect a Dialogic board D41EPCI with an Audiocode IPM260 could tell me how to do it,because me, I can’t.
In fact, in the Dialogic Third Party client I’ve reserved the timeslots 0-1000 for the Audiocode board and I’ve added the board as SCBUS Slave . Then, in the DCM I made the others settings, but the prolem is that the Dialogic service does not want to start anymore .
In the log event there are the following fatal errors :

1) Dialogic Generic Downloader Version 5.11 (Build 31)
Copyright (c) 1992-2000 by Dialogic Corp.

System Download …………

WSB1703: D/41EPCI (PCI ID 0) download failed – General Download Error
PEB/SCBUS connection failed/missing

No Dialogic Boards Successfully Installed

2)
NCMAPI…UNCM_GetValueEx() failed. Family – ThirdPartyTech, Device – AudioCodes_IPM260 0, Variable – PciBusNumber, Requested data not found in NCM data storage

3) Service exit with the error code 16383

Please, if someone can send me an idea how to do this, because I can’t solve this situation.
