Hello …
I am configuring a Cisco Voip System called Call Manager. I last upgraded from version 3.1 to 3.2 but now my softphone doesnt work. Should I have to upgrade Softphone too?
If I start Softphone there appeares the message NO LINEs. I dont know what to do now…

Yes you must download the soft phone for th CM 3.1 and 3.2 (It ask you during the installation the version of CM)

You will need to define the phone in Call Manager. Make sure this is configured well.
Or you might want to download the Eval copy of a Softphone that Emulates the Cisco 796o:

Configure it as a 7960 on CallManager. Provide the MAC address of the PC you plan to be running this on and you are ready to go.

has anyone had success migrating a ccm 3.2 database to a ccm 3.3 OS?
