Vocaltec/Quintum Problem

    We are able to make a call between Quintum and Vocaltec (gateway to gateway) but after connected 1 minute, Vocaltec requested a disconnect and Quintum therefore, drops the call. Anyone know why Vocaltec enough to help? Many thanks.

    Hi Jay,

    We have exactly the same problem.
    We urgently need it fixed and are willing to pay good money for successful advice.

    Contact support@qiiq.com for help.

    I am quite sure they know how to make Vocaltec talk to Tenor (Quintum).

    We use very widely Vocaltec & Quintum & Cisco over soft switch without such problems.
