    Hi This is Raghu
    I am very much confused in VoIP regulation in INDIA. So, any one can help me to know exactly what is the regulation for VoIP in Hyderabad, India.

    My requirement is: I have to get calls from any where in the world PSTN to VoIP(that is in India), what will be the regulation for that.

    I work in TRAI. VoIP is legalized for ISPs in India. Your company needs to produce the licence from the originator to the Govt.

    This window does not allow a complete detail. Please send smkchandra@trai.gov.in, the network diagram of the proposed setup to enable us to understad your proposal. Any other form of VoIP service in India will be illegal.
