Help with a voip application

    Hi all,
    I am working on a voip implementation that enables 2-way voice transmissions between any 2 nodes connected to the Internet.
    I want to know if the speech coding algorithm codes are available anywhere(such as G.711 or G.723 speech coding algorithm codes).

    are you unsure as to whether they are available where you are trying to set them up. what codec;s do you require. what kit are you trying to use?

    I am working on my final year project in Bsc Information Systems. The title is Voice over IP. I would like to know if any coding algorithm codes are available for audio and video capture and streaming as well as for video conferencing.
