    hi
    has any one of you tested the POLESTAR IP PHONE FROM RIFA, KOREA behind the AVAYA IP PBX. I have registered the phone on the switch, but the calls are not getting through. Also I am not able to see any setup messages on the trace
    pls suggest

    I know that phone, I think that AVAYA IP PBX use their own special H.323 protocol. Maybe You should get support from POLESTAR.

    POLESTAR IP Phone and the IPPBx that u r connected on……..
