Delay in VOIP

    hi all:
    I am doing some quality parameters measurements about voip now.Therse parameters include delay,delay jitter,etc.Now I am puzzled by that the delay I calculate is corresponding to each packet,and there are so many delay values .I wonder how can I get the exact delay value which is used to gauge the quality of VOIP from these so many delay vlaues? The same question on delay jitter calculation.

    I’m sorry i didn’t give the answer, but i’m curious about the way you calculate the delays for each packet, and can you inform me the parameters to do the calculation.
