Hi,
I am beginner in VoIP, and I dont know a lot of software, so I am totaly lost………
I would like to encode speeches signal on a LAN over IP, in fact it is a simplex converstion but the receiver receive different speech signals in the same time. So I need a sound card which is able to encode properly and to mixed signals.
