maybe a dumb question, I don’t see anyone using the Multi Tech VOIP boxes. Any reason not??

No, this product majorly for VPN customer, not for the operator or service provider.
Iam looking for setting up a inbound callcentre using VOIP. I know Multitech equipments can be used. can anybody help me. If there is any other economical solution please suggest
Multitech can handle the call center. There have some Taiwan made product similar with multitech, and the cost will less. Basically the features almost the same. Think it depends on the scale of the call center.
