if i use voip,can i make an overseas call?if so,which product?is making an overseas call the same as using the telephone?what do i need?
you can use net2phone (www.net2phone.com) all you need just the microphone, PC, and internet connection. or you can use yahoo messanger.
or you can use the IPphone connect to ITSP in your country.
