New VoIP NAT?

I have been working with a couple vendors to push for some advanced NAT at wire speed to support MGCP first and SIP later on. There is a significant need to wire speed NAT in CPE. There is one vendor doing MGCP, SIP and RTP NAT but it is focused at the service providers and is expensive. What SOHO and MTU need are something in the $500 price range that has nice security in it. I know of several service providers who want to deploy some 500 – 5000 this year.

Anyone know of something that is out there already?
