BS configuration change in BSC

Hi guys, i have a question for you:

I have a BS configured in the BSC with the BTS IDs 222, 225 and 291 created in the same order but according to the plane data BTS 291 should be the first sector, 222 should be the second and 225 should be the third, so the question is how can i create them in this order in BSC: 291,222 and 225, is there an ID or something that designates the order of the sectors???
