how high is the sdcch drop rate at busy hour ?
– which vendor are you using ?
– what is the cause of sdcch drop ? (please post the exact raw counter names)
– have you tried putting the sdcch timeslots on the BCCH trx only ?
– have you tried restarting the site ? lock unlock the abis ?

you restart it remotely its some thing like high temperature on site . site swap should check .
