    Who among here uses Metrica as your NW performance Management tool? What can you say about the tool…. also, what other Performance Management tool do your company use?..

    How does it perform to you… Metrica is currently offering their products and we’re kinda hesistant since customization seems to be a real issue..

    Hi JCD,
    We use metrica mananging transmission and switching equipments. It is very good product. As far as I know, metrica has the most number of installations i.e 160 installation world-wide. Other products like CapGemini’s NTMS is used by some companies.
