Hi experts,
We are facing an issue of high signalling load and high paging request at CN side.
Huawei RNC 6900 is sending high paging request to SGSN(Nokia and Cisco) while the traffic is not high.
We had tried enabling Cell_PCH feature but the issue remains same.
Hi Vikas,
A quick audit of the Network will be required.
Look at the current Traffic Profile (Voice and Data Services), Features that are activated, etc..
Check if the customers are setuo up calls (signalling) and rapidly clearing down.
