NPO of ALU 2G didn’t collect GPRS data !

    Dear friends
    Pls help me solving this problem
    Our NPO tool cannot get the data of GPRS ( traffic, attempts, establishment… ) in most of day. However, everything in voice traffic is OK. And we’re using macro to get GPRS data from counter is ok
    This happen after we change the leasedline provider and defined more PS E1 for our BSC
    So, pls give us your advice. We’re using 2G RAN ALU system

    Hello,

    In the npo administration page, you can check several things : path where data are located, the status of the PM import per type of counter, etc.

    I would start there.

    We found that counters in hour dont appear in folder APME\OBSYNT\mfs502
    However, the raw counters in APME\MFS still alive. They don’t move to mfs502 to make counters
    Pls help
