Hi all;
I have new integrated Nokia mcBSC and during CS call test it is always network busy. PS data is fine/ sms ok but voice call failed. there is SDCC attempt but call can t attached.
A over IP/Transcoding in MGW E///. all ETMA can ping MGW.Thanks for your help.
Check if you have sufficient signalling resources available. I suspect that TX resources are used and may need to be increased.
