Hi
I’m new to UMTS technology and read somewhere that Usually UL spreading factor for a service is half the value of that in the DL (when the
RAB bearer rates are the same in both UL and DL).
For example: DL SF for speech(AMR12.2) service is 128, where as in UL, it has a SF of
64. Can someone explain why is it so.
