Hi
I have a heterogenous network of an intra circle roaming network of 3g and home network of 3G. Is there any way where I can selectively in a particular geography ,bar customers from latching on to intra circle roaming network and use the own network alone.

You can do that by splitting the LAC of geographical areas and just open the lac for the required users in msc and close access to the other lac.
