Hi Pals,
I’m looking to export RAW NSN PM measurements from PM Database to csv/xml formats for building my own KPI tool on hourly basis, I need to know how to from where and how to export this on a regular basis.

the xml format can be exported, especially in netact8 which support a 3GPP northbound format, you can check it out in the customer doc of OSS (NED).
The CSV format can be extracted through SQL queries, which structure can also be found in NED (PM Counter Database, approximately).
