From the UE modem logs, I found that UE’s LU is rejected from the network with the cause #13 Roaming Area not Allowed in this LA.
The PLMN which is rejected the LU request was same as my HPLMN. But RAT was different. LU attempted on UMTS RAT since the UE is redirected into 3G from 2G.
I would like to, Can PLMN reject the LU (#13) if it is with different RAT?.
Can I have answer for this?
