    “DLTBFESTDDELAY”
    You can optimize “DLTBFESTDDELAY” Timer it facilitate MS with more access time to establish DL TBF post receiving Packet UL Ack/Nack message. This would help reduce TBF failures under high
    loaded or poor radio conditions.
