I’m so confuse about this question.
How many ARFCNs are required bt BTS to ensure 1% grade of service for 100 GPRS in a single cell? Average holding time is 2 minute.Assume that once polled by network,all PDCH are assigned to one user per ARFCN.Thank you for your kindness.
