    When MS reselects and registration process in automatic mode which order SIM-file MS read first:

    LOCI SIM-file
    PLMNsel SIM-file
    HPLMN SIM-file

    or

    LOCI SIM-file
    FPLMN SIM-file
    PLMNsel SIM-file
