TSC and BCCH value different

    Hi.If BCC and TSC of BCCH trx are same and rest of the trx of the cell have different value of tsc.Is normal call flow possible.

    i have never tried, but the call flow will probably be possible.

    it is recommended to use BCC=TSC though.
