Hi,
in some cities, 3G customers experience reports very bad throughput (about 525 kbps), but OMC KPI report generaly throughput greater than 1500 kbps. The formula used on OMC is for one cell:throughput=volume of traffic HSDPA/(Total time of transmission on HSDPA/number of HSDPA users).
We are using ZTE and i want to know if the formula is correct…
