    Hi Friends,

    Following HO failures are too many between from one cell to another cell on the same site. If there is HO command then the HO will be successfully. Some hours all HO passed successfully some hours not.

    Amount of the following HO failures equal to HOs which BSC did not send HO commands. Vendor is Huawei, IP transmission is used. Do you have any idea for this issue?

    hi nikki,

    it’s definitely an interface A issue. Could you share the hourly HO FAIL numbers and HO REQ numbers ?
    Are there any specific hours when failures occur ? Does the pattern repeat ?

    The issue was found in MSC side, yeah related with A interface.

    ok, they misconfigured a wrong A interface port, or something like this ?
