Hi Sir,
I am a new NSS Engineer i want to know what is the job of exteranl lac in MSC?
Inter-MSC HO requires external cell definitions and external LAC are used for that purpose.
I want to learn
LAC is a fundamental requirement for a PLMN Network. LAC is defined and used as a part of the building of a Mobile Network. LAC helps the operator to create Location Areas.
