RF Planning and Optimization tool

    Hi all,
    We plan to buy an RF planning + Optimization which support:
    – Multi vendor (RMS): ALU, NSN, Motorola, Huawei, ERA, ZTE
    – Multi tech.: 2G,3G,LTE,Wimax,Microwave, CDMA2000,…
    Pls recommend us which tool?
    ActixOne? Atoll? Schema?…?

    i can’t recommend a tool, but i can tell you that atoll is very well-designed and will make you more than happy. It makes wireless planning exciting 🙂 You can’t go wrong with this one.

    I don’t know about the others, they might be very good too.

    Hi Pix,
    Do you have any idea about the planning tool Asset? I see many RNO engineers use this tool. How about Asset in compared to Atoll?

    hi blackhole,

    no, i have no experience with asset. can’t remember what was the feedback of the rf engineers I met. I think it was really OK.
