    what’s the meaning of radio link timeout?

    When MS or BTS is not able to decode SACCH Frame RLT counter decrements by 1 and once it reaches 0. Call is droped due to Radio link Time out

    If one Cell with avail_TCH=19 carried traffic more than 30Erlg , but CSSR=0 , What happened? kpi is wrong?

    Hi Mehrnoush,
    probably the traffic comes from incoming handovers and zero call setup succeded. Try to reset the cell or TRXs.
