Hii Friends, I want to know that why there are only 8 time slots are defined for GSM, having bandwidth of 200 Khz. why it is not to be more or less timeslots there.
Bandwidth of GMSK filter is 67.5 Hz and the output of the mobile is at 270.33kbps
Therefore,
270/67.5 = 4 i.e. -4 channels in UL and 4 channels in DL thus giving us 8 timeslot per TRX.Regards,

My question: should we have to bound 8 TS in UL and DL ???
Or we use them dynamically.
