Traffic not shifting in 1800 TRxs

    Hi,
    Please help what to do as Traffic of 900 and 1800 TRX is not proper. 90% calls on 900 and making congestion. How to tune so that traffic shifted equally.
    Previous value:
    Maxpathloss:-132 and Min Pathloss: 116 and Max1800 TA:1 and Min1800 TA:0. After that 90% traffic in 900 making congestion.
    Post value:
    Maxpathloss:-140 and Min Pathloss: 130 and Max1800 TA:2 and Min1800 TA:1. After that 90% traffic in 1800 and making congestion and also effecting TCR and TASR.
    After that making value,
    Maxpathloss:-132 and Min Pathloss: 126 and Max1800 TA:1 and Min1800 TA:0. After that 90% traffic in 1800 and again 90% calls on 900 and making congestion.
    Pls help!!!

    I am not familiar with ZTE but I am quiet confused with your last Scenario:

    Is this correct? how can you have 90% of Traffic on 1800 and the congestion is on the 900?

    It is printing mistake. Actually 90% Traffic in 900 TRX!!
