2g to 3g and 3g to 2g cell reselection

    Hi Experts,

    we are trying to check scenario for 2g(NSN) TO 3G(Huwai)cell selection and reselection.

    1. 2g network is for aircel. and 3g for tata docomo.

    Defination:
    swith: eplmn is defined as tata is icr on aircel.

    NEIGHBOUR DEFINATION:BOTH END NEIGHBOURS ARE DEFINED WITH PROPER DEFINATION.

    BSC FEATURE: ISHO ALSO ENABLE AND RELATIVE PARAMETERS ARE ALSO DEFINED QSRC,QSRN,QSRP ETC.

    But when we try there is no atometic cell selection and resection procedere done even we go in worst coverage condition from 2g to 3g and vise versa.

    If any body can help..?

    Pl define “eplnm” in SGSN and correct the neighbour relation.
