T3192 and tbf drop rate

    has T3192 got anything to do with TBF drop rate, if yes how to tune this parameter?

    No. This is a normal radio resources release timer. At the expiry of T3192, TBF is released normally. Of course, T3192 must be shorter than the PCU counterpart T3193.

    I need some information about know the different RMSCS in Ericsson network
