UL/OL in ericsson

    does anybody know what is : undarlay and overlay in ericcson.Please halp me

    The fundamental idea with OL/UL subcells is that traffic close to the site is
    moved to the OL subcell, while the traffic closer to the cell border is moved
    to the UL subcell. By controlling the traffic in this way, the frequencies in the
    OL subcell can have a tighter reuse.

    But is it possible the frequencies
    to be only from GSM900 band, or i should implement DCS. And the number of HO will increase with this OL/UL feature, yes?
    So should i worried about the efficiency of the system.And finally can i implement this where i wont or i should take care.
