    There are some BTS’ parameter to reduce the load on SDCCH:

    number of Max retrasmition RACH.
    Set of TxInteger

    Thanks Stefano, I didn’t think to use the ‘Max retransmission RACH’ counter. What’s ‘Set of TxInteger’? To check for the congestioned cells I use the following counters evaluated at the busy hour:
    -(#Blocks/#Attempts)
    -HoldTime
    -CongTime
    -MaxBusy (Max number of simultaneously busy SDCCH subchannels )
    -MOC
    -MTC
    -LUP
    -SMS

    I’m trying a correlation among SDCCH and the previous counters but at this moment I didn’t get good results.

    Hi Nguyen thank you very much for your tool but I had a problem. By running it I have a file missing message: ‘COM32CTL.OCX’. Have you any ideas to solve the problem?

    Hi Fabio,

    TxInteger and maxRetras … aren’t statistical counter, but are BSC DataBase parameters.

    An incorret setting of these parameters could have influence on SDCCH congestion.

    Can you send me the Nguyen’s tool ?
