    rex,

    you mean dummy neighbour definition file ?
    if you are using PRX Generator then you should not have any problem. Just follow the recommendations regarding cell definition of this dummy neighbours :
    – MNC, MCC, LAC should be “dummy”
    – HO MARGIN and HO MARGIN LEV/QUAL/DIST = 127dB in both directions.

    I think that’s it… did i forget soimething ?

    Thanks Pix,
    but we are afraid that something goes wrong in OMCR. What consequenses will have OMCR after running performance measurement campaign.

    i want to know that the file extention of PMRES 31 files generated in Alcatel OMCR and what tool we need to read them and then develop the interference matrix.
