In one of our Siemens sites, we are having traffic only in the BCCH trx and not others. Please what can be the reason.
it’s consider other trx faulty
The other TRX must be faulty if not then decrease the priority of the bcch and increase the other trx’s priority so that call goes on the trx first

Try to lock them one by one and check at OMCR-R if they all pick traffic, then you will know which one faulty.
