HO fail increase in throughout network

    Hi,
    I m new in ALU network.
    I m facing a big problem in a specific town. In that town with around 75 cells and HOSR of 95%. Now in few days It goes down to 65% to 70%. No major change in BSIC parameter.Disabled DR and Forced DR as there is no congestion.The percentage is below due to low HO attempt in(less hen 100 attempt in 25 cells and failure of 2-3 or 4 calls).
    Please help how can i Deal with this situation and bring the HO threshold oce again. Pix pls help.

    hi,

    could you please give me the
    ho out request
    ho out alloc
    ho out success
    for the whole area ? (i mean the total numbers for each indicator)
    Among these 75 cells, how many of them got a suddent decrease?
    75 cells : Do they all belong to the same BSC ? Same MSC ?

    take one sample cell with a HOSR that decreased suddenly.
    Give me: HO OUT Preparation Failure rate
    HO OUT Drop rate
    HO OUT Reversion to old channel Rate
