we have bellow problem in ZTE iBSC if any one have any info please share it with us.
1- MS is using GPRS service
2- MS received voice call .
3- Now BSC will send suspend PDU msg to SGSN to hold the sending and receiving the data, which inside suspend message there is one of its field (Routing area information) therefore if its activated so there would not need to performs again and again routing area update for each time while receiving call during GPRS use and it would be additional load in Gb interface.
If the MS in suspend state is changing Routing Area during the voice call, then the BSS will not be able to Resume the TBF.
In case of RA change, the MS will first do a RA update, then establishes the TBF by itself. There is no “Resume” done by the BSS.
