– 293 “Prepare Handover” have LAC/CEL = 50400 / 47612 as target cel
– 37 “Prepare Handover” have LAC/CEL = 50400 / 47615 as target cel
– 2 “Prepare Handover” have LAC/CEL = 50400 / 47614 as target cel

– 27 “Prepare Handover” is coming from MSC19 LAC/CEL = 50100 / 33345
