Dear All,
I was making a GPRS drive test using TEMS. I found the MS fluctuating between idle and dedicated mode throughout the drive test, while downloading a file from web.
Any ideas about the reason for this behavior ?mXa
hello,
during cell reselection, the MS goes back to “idle” mode for a short while.
within a cell, during one transfer, it’s not possible (unless there is a drop)… so i would suggest that TEMS is not displaying the correct information.regards

I get this behavior when I am in the same cell as well, without cell reselection. can it be related to any gprs parameter ?
