You may know that Traffic Load is measured by Erlang unit.
But what is the unit used for measuring Signaling Load?
For example, in Ericsson MSC, maximum acceptable signaling load per signaling link is 0.4. But I’m not sure what is the unit of that 0.4? Erlang, or %, or Kbps?
