Your question is very vague:
– which vendor ?
– you want the counters formulas ?
– the definition of an indicator is just trying to describe a mathematical formula with words. Depending on your level of expertise, it can be very long to explain (what is a tch allocation, what is a tch drop, etc…)
and you will find lots of related answers in older posts.
I want to know generally (not vendor specific formulas) that what kind of Mega KPIs do we see to present Higher Management?
Like we present CSSR to customer which is aggregate of several KPIs, similarly we have CSR (Call Success Rate).
Kindly let me know some more.
